Shipping
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Orders are shipped by PostNL, DHL or DPD. When your order leaves our shop you will receive a tracking number via e-mail or mobile that can be used to track your order.
Shipping outside the EU:
When shipping outside the European Union, customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the customs policies of the destination country.
In the event that an order is returned to us due to unexpectedly high customs charges, we reserve the right to issue a refund for the transaction, deducting all incurred costs.
We kindly request that customers refrain from requesting to mark the parcel as a "gift" or declare a lower value to avoid customs charges.
Please be aware that international shipments may occasionally experience longer-than-expected delivery times due to customs processing or delays during the handover between countries.
Returns inside the EU:
For returns within the EU, please note that the return shipping cost is not included in the price when requesting an exchange. Prior to arranging the shipping, kindly contact us via e-mail at [email protected] to discuss the process.
Customers are responsible for returning items to us using their local postal service or a courier. We will happily issue a replacement or refund if the items are returned within 10 days of receiving your order, provided they are in unworn condition, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.
Please ensure that your return is well packed. For items returned from outside Italy, please mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS'.
We recommend sending all return packages with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during the return transit.
