Shipping outside the EU
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
For orders returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
Please do not ask to mark your parcel as “gift” or declare a lower value.
Please note that International shipments can occasionally take longer than expected as goods can be held up in customs or there can be delays during the handover from one country to another.
Order inside EU
Return in not included the price while exchange (Size, Color or Style) is included in the price, please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com before arranging the shipping, we will assist you booking DHL pick-up at your requested address.
We will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming that the items are returned within 10 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.
Make sure that your return is well packed. If returned an item from outside Italy, please mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
